Frequently asked questions

Do I need prior experience?
Not at all. Personal training works for complete beginners through to advanced athletes. We always start from where you are today.
Can I combine PT with group classes?
Absolutely — most PT members combine their sessions with regular CrossFit, Bootcamp or HYROX classes. Your class membership is included in the packages.
How long is a session?
Sessions are 60 minutes. That includes warm-up, the main training, and a short debrief.
Where do the sessions take place?
In our box in Schoten — Geuzenveldenstraat 12B. You'll have access to all CrossFit and HYROX equipment.
How do I schedule a session?
