Week 1
In your first week at our CrossFit gym, we'll kick things off by introducing you to the exciting world of CrossFit. You'll meet our experienced coaches and fellow members who make up our tight-knit community. Week 2
As you dive deeper into your second week, we'll continue to guide you through more dynamic workouts that incorporate simple equipment, such as kettlebells and dumbbells.
