What persuaded you to choose our gym?

I had been looking for some time for a new sporting activity that could be combined with my shift work as a nurse in the hospital.Because of my work, it is very difficult to keep up a sport because the training sessions are often on a fixed day in the week.Through via I had heard that Lynn offered group classes in a gym or in the park of Schoten that went on at different times and days. So I decided to sign up for a trial class and a year later I'm still here.

What do you like most about our gym?

The positive atmosphere, fun fellow athletes and top coaches!

How has our gym helped you achieve your fitness goals?

I feel fitter, move more and already have better endurance than I did in the beginning.

How would you describe the atmosphere and vibes in our gym?There is a very positive and casual atmosphere in the gym. It's not necessarily about performance, but about sports entertainment with fun people.You are challenged in a positive way without being weighed down by performance pressure.

Have you noticed any positive changes in your health, strength or mindset since you started with us?

Yes I have, I have a better self-image and feel mentally stronger.A real bodybuilder I will never become, but that's not my cup of tea either 😉

How have our coaches and team members contributed to your fitness experience?

The coaches really know what they are doing, you can tell. All exercises are explained and shown correctly and also during group classes there is room for a personal approach and feedback.They also encourage you in a positive way, without coming across as a drill sergeant 😄

Would you recommend our gym to others and why?

Absolutely, to anyone who would like to exercise more, get fitter and join a nice group of people I would recommend the gym.
